Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a fractional C-suite exec, entrepreneur, teacher and athlete. Always ISO the next thing to build.
In search of the lifestyle upgrade, I found myself in the Colorado mountains building the internet from the application layer to the physical network. I founded the largest women’s cycling team, Colorado Women’s Cycling Project, BABsOutside and LeadOut Sales. In 2025, I joined Shelton Capital Management as their CMO. From obtaining the first paying customer to scaling startups to $MM ventures to the Fortune 500, my experience has spanned many industries in both consumer and B2B environments.
In my spare time, I enjoy angel investing and am managing partner of SoCo Angels. My most recent investments include Soona, Mortal Kombucha, and InterviewIA. I teach consumer behavior at CU Boulder for both undergraduates and MBA students. When not building brands or businesses, you’ll find me on a 14er, bike, skis, yoga mat or jumping out of planes.
